We’re all about curating simple rituals and routines here at Sustainable Bliss, to upgrade our well-being and add a little more happiness and joy to our day. We are specifically obsessed with morning routines, as when you start your day with a little intentionality and structure, and a few quick wins, it’s so much easier to stay on track, be productive, and give yourself grace throughout the rest of the day. 💛

If you’re looking for a little more structure and inspiration, we have an ideal morning routine here, and a few simple practises you can consider adding to your morning routine here. In both of these posts, I’ve recommended the reader take what resonates and leave the rest. We’re all different and therefore the rituals of self-care and self-love we decide to incorporate into our morning routines should reflect that diversity. In this post, we’ve taken a slightly different approach, curating a list of over 50 ideas and rituals you might consider adding to your morning routine! 

Pick and choose, or brainstorm your own list to come up with your own ideal morning routine!  Remember, we don’t want you to feel overwhelmed throughout this practice; it’s about making simple changes in your daily life you can sustain, to continue to grow and bring yourself closer to the person you know you’re meant to be. 

So, grab a sheet of paper and a warm drink and get creative!
